You may not realise what it is you really can’t live without until it’s not there when you need it most. For most of us, there might be something you know you use every day, and consequently it might be top of your list when moving into a place of your own, for me that was a kettle. But then there was that other moment when I stood dripping after a shower and realised how am I supposed to dry my feet without a bathmat on a wet floor?
Some of you might live in shared accommodation – where you share kitchen and bathroom, so some of these things might be provided for you, but if you live in a studio apartment then you’ll need to think ahead.
